In the scope of the ArtiCardio project we are developing a therapy planning and risk assessment tool for coarctation of the aorta and aortic valve disease. In order to train a machine learning algorithm to predict hemodynamic values, we generated aortic shapes and inflow velocity fields by sampling from a statistical shape model. We would like to publish 4000 surfaces of the aorta and corresponding inlets describing the inlet velocity vector fields. The aorta surfaces contain between 22000 and 23000 points and around 45000 faces. The associated inlets are provided as two surfaces with corresponding 1028 points and 1956 faces. The first surface represents the aorta inlet ostium and the difference between the two surfaces equals the inlet flow velocity field.
