II, 200 kV, 0.15 mA, intensity control off, high-power mode, no filter, air wedge, no offset, slice thickness 1 line ( = 0.01637 mm), S.O.D. 47 mm, 2000 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 1 line ( = 0.01637 mm), field of reconstruction 12 mm (maximum field of view 15.63509 mm), scanner offset 8000, reconstruction offset 7000, scanner scale 2500, reconstruction scale 4500. Acquired with 31 slices per rotation and 25 slices per set. Streak-, drift- and ring-removal processing done by Satomi Ishihama based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoDeStreak” with parameter “cutoff=0.085,” “RK_SinoDeDrift” with parameter “/hi50, /despike” and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with parameters “binwidth=31, bestof5=11, slope_check=60.” Reconstructed with 2002 views and beam hardening coefficients using IDL FindBHC [Y found=0.47, 0.09, 0.12, 0.13, 0.20, 0.28, 0.42, 1.42 with parameters “Num Coef=10, Downsample=None, ROI mode=Bi-Joint, Mono Function”]. Deleted first 3 and last 3 duplicate slices from each rotation (but added back last 3 slices of last rotation). Post-reconstruction ring correction applied by Satomi Ishihama using the parameters “oversample = 1.5-2.5, binwidth = 19-25, sectors = 60, smoothing=median or mean.” Total final slices = 453.
