Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Title: zipped tiff stack Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: basicranial scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Description: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 210 kV, 0.18 mA, intensity control off, high-power mode, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 1 line ( = 0.01463 mm), S.O.D. 42 mm, 1800 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 1 line ( = 0.01463 mm), field of reconstruction 10 mm (maximum field of view 13.97178 mm), reconstruction offset 5000, scanner scale 3000, reconstruction scales 3000 and 500. Acquired with 31 slices per rotation and 25 slices per set. Fillin-, spike-, and ring-removal processing done by Satomi Ishihama based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoFillin” with parameter “1, /top,” “RK_SinoDeSpike” with default parameters, and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with parameter “bestof5=11.” Reconstructed with 1802 views and beam hardening coefficients using IDL FindBHC [Y found=0.15, 0.18, 0.11, 0.13, 0.22, 0.27, 0.45, 1.16 with parameters “Num Coef=8, Downsample=4X, ROI mode=Joint, Mono function, Destreak=XYZ cube”]. Deleted first 6 duplicate slices from each rotation. Rotation correction processing done by Satomi Ishihama using IDL routine “DoRotationCorrection.” Post-reconstruction ring correction done by Satomi Ishihama using IDL UTCT ring correction program with parameters “oversample=3.0, binwidth=21, sectors=60, grayscales=4096-65535.” Total final slices =850.
