Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: HRXCT scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Description: University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 3358\\r\\n\\r\\nCriswell:\\r\\nSt33B: Scans of an iodine-stained skate embryo (Stage 33) for Katie Criswell of the University of Chicago. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 5 February 2014. \\r\\n\\r\\nscan parameters: Xradia. 4X objective, 60kV, 10W, 1.5s acquisition time, detector 13 mm, source -37 mm, XYZ [369, 30196, 508], camera bin 2, angles ±180, 2161 views, no filter, dithering. End reference (45 frames, each for 1.5s). Reconstructed with center shift 3.5, beam hardening 1.6, theta -6, byte scaling [-50, 850], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.6). Total slices = 910. Voxels are 4.99 microns.\\r\\n
