Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: HRXCT scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Description: University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 2937\\r\\n\\r\\nLi:\\r\\ncrypt: Scans of an iodine-stained head of Northura maculosa (USNM 635813) for Zhiheng Li of UT DOGS. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 15 February 2013. \\r\\n\\r\\n16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 180 kV, 0.3 mA, intensity control off, high-power mode, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 1 line ( = 0.07283 mm), S.O.D. 209 mm, 1400 views, 2 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 1 line ( = 0.07283 mm), field of reconstruction 68 mm (maximum field of view 68.52635 mm), scanner offset 5000, reconstruction offset 6000, reconstruction scale 3500. Acquired with 31 slices per rotation and 25 slices per set. Ring-removal processing done by Julia Holland based on correction of raw sinogram using IDL routine “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with parameters “sectors=100, omit_edge=150.” Reconstructed with beam-hardening coefficients [0, 0.85, 0.05]. Deleted first 3 and last 3 duplicate slices from each rotation. Rotation correction processing done by Julia Holland using IDL routine “DoRotationCorrection.” Deleted first 25 blank slices. Post-reconstruction ring correction applied by Julia Holland with parameters “oversample=3, binwidth=9, sectors=60.” Total final slices = 1725.\\r\\n
