B_levicollis_68783: Scan of the head of Barisia levicollis (MVZ 68783; Mexico, Chihuahua, Cano del Alamo, W. side Sierra El Nido) for Simon Scarpetta and Christopher Bell of The University of Texas at Austin. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert on 22 June 2018.
16bitTIFF: Scan parameters: NSI scanner. Fein Focus Microfocal source, 120 kV, 0.14 mA, no filter, Perkin Elmer detector, 0.25 pF gain, 1 fps, 1x1 binning, no flip, source to object 179.0 mm, source to detector 1220.0 mm, continuous CT scan, no frames averaged, 0 skip frames, 3600 projections, 5 gain calibrations, 5 mm calibration phantom, data range [-5.0, 40.0] (grayscale adjusted from NSI defaults), beam-hardening correction = 0.1. Post-reconstruction ring correction applied to select slices by Jessie Maisano using parameters oversample = 2, radial bin width = 21, sectors = 32, minimum arc length = 2, angular bin width = 13, angular screening factor = 1. Voxel size = 22.4 μm.Voxel size = 22.4 μm. Total slices = 1670.
