University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive excerpt Daza: E-10250A: Scans of the head of Chatogekko (E-10250) for Juan Daza of Sam Houston State University. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 19 May 2015. scan parameters: Xradia. 4X objective, 60kV, 10W, 0.5s acquisition time, detector 12.3 mm, source -37 mm, XYZ [6907, 6314, 229], camera bin 4, angles ±180, 721 views, no filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 0.5s). Reconstructed with center shift 1, beam hardening 1.7, theta -25, byte scaling [-20, 525], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.5). Total slices = 461. 16bit: 16bit TIFF images reconstructed by Xradia Reconstructor. Voxels are 10.11 microns.
