University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 2983
Lewis:
182217A: Scans of the head of Zygaspis ferox (MCZ R-182217, paratype; Zimbabwe, Manicaland, Chimanimani Distr.; Silverstreams; RABarton) for Patrick Lewis of Sam Houston State. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 17 May 2013. Scanned in two parts and stitched using Xradia plugin.
scan parameters: Xradia. 4X objective, 90kV, 10W, 4.5s acquisition time, detector 10.3 mm, source -100 mm, XYZ [0, 35000, 694], camera bin 2, angles ±180 1261 views, 0.35 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 4.5s). Reconstructed with center shift 0.5, beam hardening 1, theta -31, byte scaling [-50, 400], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.8). Total slices = 1675.
182217A.rcp: Xradia recipe with scan parameters.
16bit: 16bit TIFF images reconstructed by Xradia Reconstructor. Voxels are 6.06 microns.
