University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 1846
Kirk:
earsC: Scans of two petrosals together: Sciurus niger, TMM M-656 (top of images; Austin, Travis Co., Texas; coll. E. L. Lundelius) and Oryctolagus cuniculus, TMM M-4006 (bottom of images; domestic rabbit) for Chris Kirk of The University of Texas at Austin, Department of Anthropology. Specimens scanned by Matthew Colbert and Jessie Maisano 24 April 2008.
16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 200 kV, 0.14 mA, intensity control off, high-power mode, no filter, air wedge, no offset, slice thickness 1 line (= 0.02118 mm), S.O.D. 61 mm, 1400 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 1 line (= 0.02118 mm), field of reconstruction 20 mm (maximum field of view 20.22592 mm), reconstruction offset 5600, reconstruction scale 4600. Acquired with 31 slices per rotation and 25 slices per set. Ring-removal processing done by Rachel Racicot based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routine “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with default parameters. Deleted first six duplicate slices of each rotation. Total final slices = 675.
