Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: HRXCT scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Description: University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 1622 \\r\\n\\r\\nHanken:\\r\\nrhacophorus: Scans of a whole preserved Rhacophorus reinwardtii (FMNH 252384) for Jim Hanken of Harvard University, Museum of Comparative Zoology. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 13 March 2007.\\r\\n\\r\\n16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 210 kV, 0.11 mA, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 2 lines (= 0.0695 mm), S.O.D. 100 mm, 1400 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 2 lines (= 0.0695 mm), field of reconstruction 31 mm (maximum field of view 33.12483 mm), reconstruction offset 5000, reconstruction scale 5000. Acquired with 19 slice per rotation and 15 slices per set. Reconstructed with an angle of -1.5 degrees. Deleted first four duplicate slices of each rotation except for slices 2-4.
