(MCZ A-27255) for Aaron Bauer of Villanova University. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 31 July 2011. Image processing by Jessie Maisano, August 2011. Specimen rotated to orthogonal prior to image processing.\\r\\n\\r\\nscan parameters: Xradia. 0.5X objective, 70kV, 10W, 1s acquisition time, detector 58.1 mm, source -79 mm, XYZ [4648, -2740, 2149], camera bin 2, angles ±107, 750 views, 1 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 0.75s). Reconstructed with center shift -1.5, beam hardening 0, theta -88, byte scaling [-20, 140], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.8). Total slices = 796. Voxels are 32.49 microns.\\r\\n
