Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: HRXCT scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Description: University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 1793\\r\\n\\r\\nHanken:\\r\\nthelo: Scans of the whole body of Theloderma stellatum (FMNH 253619) for Jim Hanken of Harvard University. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 6 December 2007. Original slices 376-380, 401-409, 426-429, 451-454, 476-477, 801-805, 1201-1204, and 1226-1228 were reconstructed twice, one set with a c-ray offset of 0.5 and the other with no c-ray correction. The images were “stitched” together in Photoshop so that the far right side of the images contains the c-ray correction of 0.5 and the left side of the images consists of no correction.\\r\\n \\r\\n16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 210 kV, 0.16 mA, intensity control off, high power mode, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 1 line (= 0.02676 mm), S.O.D. 77 mm, 1400 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 1 line (= 0.02676 mm), field of reconstruction 23 mm (maximum field of view 25.53 mm), reconstruction offset 4500, reconstruction scale 6450. Acquired with 31 slices per rotation and 25 slices per set. Drift- and ring-removal processing done by Rachel Racicot based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoDeDrift” and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with parameters “sample_center=1”, and “binwidth=21, bestof5=11”, respectively. Deleted first six duplicate slices of each rotation. Deleted first 5 and last 8 slices of entire dataset.
