This scan is archived with x-y plane pixel dimensions determined by Witmer and Ridgely (2009, p.1268; https://doi.org/10.1002/ar.20983) based on their experience with the data they had available to them, which consisted of the processed JPG slices on the CD-ROM included with Brochu (2003; https://doi.org/10.1080/02724634.2003.10010947). Due to apparent distortion, Witmer and Ridgley corrected the pixel dimensions to 0.0496111mm, which differ only slightly from those reported in the original scan materials from Rocketdyne (0.49688mm).
